It’s our final week!! Let’s see who will win this thing. This should be a fun week to see who makes the playoffs too!
December 29th – Early Sunday Games (1:00 PM ET)
Carolina Panthers at Atlanta Falcons
Andrew – Carolina. I would hate to see the Panthers drop the ball with this one.
Greg – Carolina. Onto the playoffs. Cam and crew get one final tune up for the playoffs, which I am very excited to see him in.
Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals
Andrew – Cincinnati. Don’t like this pick due to the extremely inconstant play of Andy Dalton, but I think they should be able to manage a win at home.
Greg – Cincinnati. I know I probably shouldn’t bet against the defending super bowl champs, but the Ravens are just not very good this year. Should be an interesting game for playoff seeding though.
Houston Texans at Tennessee Titans
Andrew Tennessee. On the road is a tough place to break a losing streak for any team.
Greg – Tennessee. What a year Houston has had. One to forget for sure. I just don’t see the streak ending here at Tennessee.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Indianapolis Colts
Andrew – Indianapolis. Don’t see the Colts struggling too much with this game.
Greg – Indianapolis. The jags have been playing better as of late, but final game in Indy, has me leaning to the Colts by 10+.
New York Jets at Miami Dolphins
Andrew – New York Jets. I gave Miami a chance last week and they got stone-walled.
Greg – Miami. Are the Dolphins eliminates yet? Philbin has gone from high hopes, could win AFC East, to Incognito bullying, being fired, then coach of the year, back to missing the playoffs. Even with all that craziness, I still can’t pick the Jets.
Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings
Andrew – Detroit. The Vikings are too beat up for the Lions to completely hand this game away.
Greg – Detroit. I mean, they should win, but God Stafford has to take all the blame himself for this season end. He has been amazingly awful. Believe me, he was my fantasy starting quarterback!
Washington Redskins at New York Giants
Andrew – New York Giants. Don’t care.
Greg – NY Giants. Wow this game huh? Wonder how the attendance will be. Both teams could have very interesting off seasons.
Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers
Andrew – Pittsburgh. Will the Browns ever get it together?
Greg – Pittsburgh. Well well well. Pitt making a crazy playoff push and still has a chance. I think they win here, then lose first round because they are not good.
December 29th – Late Afternoon Games (4:25 PM ET)
Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears
Andrew – Green Bay. Ah I don’t know. Both have the potential, both seem to have their unique struggles. Could go either way in my book.
Greg – Chicago. Aaron Rodgers is back! The Pack still has a chance to make the playoffs! Things are happening!!! But I’ll still take the Bears. I think close game if Pack can stay in game and rely on Lacy.
Denver Broncos at Oakland Raiders
Andrew – Denver. This might be the last warm game Peyton gets to play in for a while.
Greg – Denver. Fighting for number one seed, gotta go with dumb record holding Peyton.
Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots
Andrew – New England. (//looks below) oh, I see someone is back on the bandwagon.
Greg – New England. Did you know Tom has only lost 7 games in the month of December…ever.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints
Andrew – New Orleans. If they don’t win this than they don’t deserve the playoffs.
Greg – New Orleans. At home and final game, must win for Saints, and they will.
San Francisco at Arizona
Andrew – Arizona. I almost picked Arizona over Seattle last week, so I have to stick with my gut on this.
Greg – San Francisco. This is an intriguing game here. For seeding, playoff implications, and a key for expectations in the playoffs. Close game here.
Kansas City Chiefs at San Diego Chargers
Andrew – San Diego. Don’t have faith in KC, but also last time San Diego put up 41, on the road.
Greg – San Diego. Just learned Kansas City is benching their starters. So I’m updating my pick to the home Chargers.
St. Louis Rams at Seattle Seahawks
Andrew -Seattle. I’m not all that impressed with Seattle. Russell Wilson only throws for like 150 yards a game. If you can stop the run game it puts then in a bind. They got four INTs last week and still lost. That being said, they should be able to handle their business at home.
Greg – Seattle. Whoa they lost at home. That won’t happen again…maybe for a while as the number one seed too…
December 29th – Sunday Night Game (8:30 PM ET)
Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys
Andrew – Philadelphia. Might be a stretch with them on the road, but I think their speed and a Romo-less Cowboys team spells disaster yet again for Dallas fans.
Greg – Philadelphia. You know, I want to pick Dallas, for some reason I think they have a very good chance behind Demarco Murray. That being said, the Philly offense is just too much for the cowboy’s defense, is awful.
