Thirsty Thursdays: Pineapple Upside Down Cake and Black and Blue

Hey everyone, it’s Thursday so that means it’s time to get crunk’d or have a drink or two. Today, we’ll be teaching you how to make Pineapple Upside Down Cake and a Black and Blue.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

1.5 Malibu Rum
1.5 Pineapple juice
Splash of grenadine
Splash of sprite as needed
Directions:
  1. Shake pineapple and rum in a tumbler
  2. Add grenadine and sprite (if necessary)
Tips:
Make sure to layer the Grenadine down the glass to sit at the bottom. This drink is served as a Martini, but cut it in half for shots!

Black and Blue Cocktail

1.5 ounces Blackberry HINT Essence Water
2 ounces Blueberry Smirnoff Vodka
ice cubes
3 blueberries on a toothpick for garnish

Directions:

  1. Add ice to your glass and then the HINT Essence Water and blueberry vodka. Stir to combine.
  2. Garnish with the blueberries.

Tips:

If you’re enjoying this cocktail when blueberries are out of season, use premium frozen blueberries and float them in your cocktail
